Q1. How and when should I make my salon appointment?
A1. Your appointment may be made by calling us at (757) 368-2190. The more notice you give us for your appointment, the more efficient we can be in providing you the salon experience you deserve.
Q2. What is the salon’s cancellation policy?
A2. Because we strive to make your experience unique and as efficient to the planning of your day as we possibly can, we respectfully ask that you give "TCOYH" Beauty Salon at least 24 hours notice if you must cancel an appointment.
Q3. How should I tip my technician?
It is customary to tip your beauty technician, however this amount is entirely up to you. The general tipping guideline is up to 15% for very good service.
Q4. Should I bring anything with me?
If you have pictures of hairstyles or anything you’d like to speak with your technician about, bring those!
Q5. How often should I relax my hair?
A5. The recommended time frame to relax your hair is every 6 - 8 weeks. Anything sooner may result to over preprocessing.
